My research interests include:

  • Electoral system design and reform.
  • The effects of electoral systems on political parties.
  • Reducing party-system fragmentation in list electoral systems.
  • Mitigating partisan polarization in single-seat-district electoral systems.

I have a B.A. in political science and a master’s education in public affairs from the University of Oregon, plus a paralegal certificate.
